Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, check that the items/sizes are correct and click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process the order. Please check that all your order details (sizes/delivery address - including your postcode) on your e-mail receipt are correct. Unfortunately we are not liable for orders that go missing if any of the delivery details have been provided incorrectly. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is Free when your cart value exceeds £50 (1st class post only). Shipping is £3.50 for 2nd Class UK delivery on orders up to the value of £50.00. Courier delivery (UK only) is £8.50 – THIS IS A SIGNED FOR SERVICE SO PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE AT YOUR DESIGNATED DELIVERY ADDRESS. Courier delivery is Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note that unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive the day after your order is received. International delivery is charged at £10 (Registered Post). PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS RETURNED TO US UNDELIVERED BY THE ROYAL MAIL OR OVERSEAS POSTAL SERVICES MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL RE-SHIPPING CHARGES.
Delivery Schedule
We dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within 5 business days. Please note however, as with all catalogue deliveries parcels can take up to 28 days. For bean bags please allow 7 working days for delivery, and for canvases 28 days. COURIER DELIVERY: Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive the day after your order is received
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will call or email you with the option of keeping your order on back order, changing the item to something else or refunding the item. This is why it is important to key in your correct contact details.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that we have sent out incorrect items by mistake, let us know & we will send you a prepaid envelope to return it to us & send out the correct item. If you would like to change an item for an alternative design, size or colour and there is no price difference, then send it back to us within 14 days and on receipt we will send out your new choice free of charge - For Christmas orders, our returns period is extended until 15th January. PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND IF THEY ARE RETURNED TO US IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE TAGS STILL ATTACHED. FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE UNDERWEAR. A Returns form is incorporated on the reverse of all our dispatch documentation. Unfortunately we are unable to accept items for return or exchange without your original order reference number (this is located in the top right hand corner of your dispatch document). Please obtain proof of posting from the Royal Mail when returning items as we are not liable for loss or damage in transit. Return postage on refund and exchange items is non-refundable. We are unable to retrieve packages returned to us being held by the Royal Mail with insufficient postage applied. If you wish to return an item purchased within an offer or bundle the value of that product for exchange or refund will be calculated accordingly. For example: A free tee shirt with any pair of jeans bundle - returning the jeans would invalidate the offer so will result in a full price charge for the t-shirt.

Only one promotion or coupon code may be used per order. Discount codes are not valid on our outlet stock items or items which are part of another promotional offer e.g. multi-buy offer. Unfortunately we are unable to apply discounts to orders retrospectively.Living Social promotional codes are only valid for use with Plain Lazy branded product. PLEASE NOTE: IF DISCOUNTS DEDUCTED AFTER APPLYING PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE NOT CORRECT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RECALCULATE THE CART VALUE AFTER THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN MADE. Add any Hoodie and T Shirt to the basket and the value of the T Shirt will automatically be deducted from the total cost. The Offer is only valid on Adult Men's and Women's Hoodies. There is no limit to the amount of times the offer can be used. The Offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer running at this time. A T Shirt must be added to the basket to claim the offer, the T Shirt will not be added automatically. The offer runs from 4pm on the 1st March until 5pm on the 5th March. The offer is not valid on special price or sale items. The Offer may only be returned in full including both the Hoodie and T Shirt. Either item can be exchanged for a different size by using the form on the back of the invoice slip included in the delivery.
